Each of us is unique, and our individual challenges depend on who we are and what life has handed us. With this in mind, it makes sense that all approaches to growth should not the same.

When we work together, I will be attentive to your particular story. I will also challenge you to ask yourself the hard questions that will propel you towards personal development.

Each of us has the capacity for growth and change. We also have distinct purpose for our lives. Often on life's journey, we can get side-tracked from that purpose. My goal for our work together is to understand more about your particular path and to explore what your life's purpose is meant to be. Using deep listening and challenging faulty assumptions, we will explore your past, present, and future. Together we will create strategies to help you overcome your specific stumbling blocks. You will be cheered along, listened to, prodded, and encouraged to be the wonderful, creative self that God always intended you to be.

GUIDANCE AND SUPPORT

I provide guidance and support to anyone from any belief-system. Because I am an Orthodox Christian, my mindset and personal beliefs are aligned with my faith. As a result, I will offer a non-judgmental listening ear as we explore various approaches to living your best life.
